Great location from Firenze train station and a 20 min walk to the main area. Very spacious for 2 people, comfy bed and we enjoyed the living room space with large TV. Lots of natural light and nice kitchen. My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay!

The location is easy to find, close to the central train station and many great attractions from the city center. We liked the interior design of the flat and the fact that we had all the necessary utilities. Coming back from a long turistic walk in beautiful Florence, felt just like home. Stayed with kids Such a beautiful, clean spot, in a great neighborhood. Serhii could not have been more helpful and friendly. We love San Frediano: best neighborhood in Florence. So many good cafes and restaurants, plus the Capella Brancacci super close, and easy walk across the bridge to all the “hits.” We’ll be back, next time we’re in Florence!

Wonderful property for our stay. Very spacious and clean. Air conditioning was poweful and washing machine was a life saver! Located very close to a bus stop and there was a lovely market just next door. Thank you for everything!

Serhii’s place was great to stay at, very clean and with all the essential amenities. There is also paid parking available right outside their property. Easy access to the city centre too, would recommend!

absolutely fantastic location - being across the river puts you into a super lively community that is very active at night which is amazing, plus the distance from the apartment to the “main” area of florence is a fantastic walk with many sights. the apartment is also extremely comfortable and cozy. absolutely loved this spot with my friends and I.
